Imagine getting ready to move and find yourself, a few moments later, in front of a lake surrounded by mountains. You're always in your room with your feet on the floor. What changes is the panorama in the viewer: a digital scene that acts as a backdrop to the music and the gestures of training.

A lake, music in your ears and targets to hit in time: that is the idea behind Supernatural. The service is back with a new early-access app on Meta Quest, run by Supernatural Health, an independent company started by the original founders and coaches. It is currently available in the United States and Canada.

What is Supernatural, explained without speaking from gamer

Supernatural offers training in virtual settings, accompanied by music and coach directions. The site of the new version announces thousands of sessions, new content every week and higher definition scenarios. These are features presented by the company: CHIARA! has not carried out a direct test of the app.

To understand the language of the service, two names help: Flow and Boxing. In the official description of the previous version, Flow asks to hit targets by following the rhythm and reacting to indications for movements of the lower part of the body; Boxing uses targets and obstacles for sequences inspired by boxing. How much is Supernatural

Official FAQs indicate 19,99 US dollars per month, plus taxes, with seven trial days, or 199,99 US dollars per year, plus taxes, with fourteen trial days. The subscription is managed through the Meta Horizon Store.

These amounts describe the service in the supported markets. Before assessing a product of this type, consider also the viewer and the conditions applicable at the time of purchase. A free trial deserves the same attention as a payment: check when it ends, how the debit is started and how you manage the subscription.

The landscape is digital, the space around you is real

Under the updated conditions on 21 October, Supernatural calls for the area to be freed from furniture, people, animals and obstacles, set up the vision marking system and keep it active. It also indicates to stop in case of nausea, dizziness, disorientation or pain.
