TOFU HAS FALLEN FOR CHOCOLATE!
Silken tofu, cocoa, dark chocolate and honey: Fit Senza Fame turns tofu into a spoonable dessert.

Cuisine: International · Course: Dessert
Tofu in dessert? Yes! Use silken tofu, blended with cocoa and honey; dark chocolate joins later. The result is a spoonable cream, without cream or whipped egg whites in the recipe.
Just four ingredients
One serving needs 200 g silken tofu, 10 g unsweetened cocoa, 15 g dark chocolate and 10 g honey. Allow ten minutes’ preparation and an hour in the fridge. Have a blender, bowl and serving container ready.
Check the tofu type: firm tofu can change the texture considerably.
Chocolate waits its turn
Melt chocolate gently and let it cool slightly. Drain the tofu and blend with cocoa and honey. Add the warm—not hot—chocolate, blend again, pour into the container and refrigerate for one hour.
Switch off the blender before scraping cocoa from its sides. Do not add milk or water: neither belongs to this recipe.
Want it vegan?
The recipe suggests syrup instead of honey and suitable chocolate. Check every product: “dark” alone does not guarantee the absence of milk or other allergens.
Soya remains present. Refrigerate the dessert, follow opened-tofu instructions and use clean utensils.
