CHEESECAKE IN A GLASS: KINDER GOES ON TOP!

Biscuit crumbs, a yogurt-and-ricotta cream and chocolate pieces. This Fit Senza Fame recipe needs no oven!

Cheesecake in a glass with yoghurt, ricotta and chocolate

Cuisine: International · Course: Dessert

The appeal is seeing three layers: biscuit below, pale cream in the middle and chocolate on top. Built directly in the glass, this cheesecake has a crumbly base and is eaten with a spoon.

Everything on the table

For one serving, use 15 g plain biscuits, 170 g plain 0% Greek yogurt, 60 g cow’s-milk ricotta and one 12.5 g Kinder Chocolate bar. Allow ten minutes’ preparation and thirty minutes in the fridge. You need a bowl, spoon and roomy glass.

Three steps, three layers

Crumble the biscuits into the bottom. With no butter in the recipe, the base will not set into something you can slice: that is intended.

Mix yogurt and ricotta until smooth. Pour over the biscuit without combining the layers; refrigerate thirty minutes. Cut the chocolate into pieces and add it just before serving.

Changing an ingredient?

Different yogurt, ricotta or biscuits may change flavour and texture. These quantities come from the original recipe; every substitution is a variation to try.

Check milk, wheat/gluten, soya and possible traces, especially in the biscuits.
