LIFE IN YOUR POCKET

EICMA, COUNT ME IN! YOUR GUIDE TO ENJOYING IT WITHOUT RUSHING

From 5 to 8 November, two wheels light up Fiera Milano Rho. Tickets, opening times, shows and practical tips for a day with friends or family, even on your first visit.

The group chat comes alive with a suggestion: “Shall we go to EICMA?” You’re thinking about seeing the motorcycles up close, your friend already has a group photo in mind and someone wants to watch the shows. Perfect: before setting off, though, you need the right date, a suitable ticket and a small plan. The 83rd International Two-Wheeler Exhibition returns to Fiera Milano Rho: here’s how to turn it into a day to enjoy, with room for discoveries too.

Save these four dates

The public can enter from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November 2026, from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. On Tuesday 3 November access is reserved for press from 8.30 am and trade visitors from 1 pm; on Wednesday 4 November press and trade visitors enter from 8.30 am. Both professional days end at 6.30 pm and are restricted to adults. The venue is the Rho exhibition centre, at SS. 33 del Sempione 28.

Choose your day with your companions in mind. A visit with small children has a different rhythm from an outing with friends. If one person likes stopping at every stand and another prefers the shows, agree on a couple of shared stops beforehand. Leave some breathing space: filling every minute risks turning an outing into a timetable.

EICMA 2026 tickets: choose the time you need

Use the Ticket Shop linked from EICMA’s official website. The organisers list the standard online price as €20, plus a fixed €1.50 handling fee. The €15 launch offer ended on 15 September: if you see it in an old article, check the date carefully. Always review the current order summary before paying.

There is also an afternoon ticket, valid from 1:30 p.m.: €14 for visitors aged 14 and over, and €7 for children aged 4–13, according to the official FAQs. Children aged 0–3 enter free. Check prices alongside any fees shown during checkout. Women do not receive free admission.

An afternoon ticket can make sense if you want a few specific stops. If you’d rather browse manufacturers’ new models at leisure, a full day gives you more room. Consider how much walking you want to do and who will be with you: the best ticket matches the visit you will actually make.

The detail to know before heading out

A ticket allows a single entry: you cannot leave the exhibition and re-enter on the same ticket. The FAQs also state that there are no multi-day tickets and that purchased tickets are non-refundable. Check these details before choosing your day or arranging anything outside the exhibition grounds.

Getting there without losing your patience

If you travel by train, check that your stop is Rho Fiera Milano: the organisers put the walk from the station to the exhibition centre at about 500 metres. Check your complete journey and the return trip, especially if you are coming from outside Milan. Save tickets and directions on your phone, then choose a recognisable meeting point for anyone arriving separately.

For the weekend of 7–8 November, EICMA offers free ATM park-and-ride spaces, bookable when buying a ticket while availability lasts. The idea is to leave the car and continue by public transport. The reservation applies to the spaces covered by the initiative: check which car park you have selected and how to reach the exhibition from there. Motorcyclists are directed to free parking in PM1 on the ground floor.

Inside the halls: bring three questions

Among manufacturers’ new models and encounters with the two-wheeler world, the temptation is to photograph everything. Try starting with three practical questions instead: how do I travel every day? What would make those journeys easier? What costs would follow a purchase? An urban scooter and a touring motorcycle meet different needs: the visit becomes interesting when you begin recognising yours.

If you’re considering an electric vehicle, ask how charging would work for you, where you could do it and what battery information is available. For clothing and accessories, ask about fit, protection and stated features. Ask questions, compare answers and take notes. A lovely photo is a memory; a clear answer can help after the exhibition too.

MotoLive: give yourself that wow moment

The outdoor MotoLive arena brings racing, freestyle motocross, acrobatic trials and demonstrations to EICMA. The organisers also announce a programme of shows and special events for 2026; access to arena shows is included for exhibition visitors. Check the official schedule close to your visit so you can fit a trackside stop between the halls.

The video below, published by EICMA’s official channel, shows MotoLive at the 2024 edition. It offers a taste of the atmosphere and type of show; remember that the next edition’s programme needs to be checked separately.

Children or accessibility needs: let’s plan well

The FAQs allow pushchairs. If you’re coming with children, choose a meeting point beforehand and plan real breaks before tiredness makes everyone’s decisions. Comfortable shoes, a charged phone and a light bag are small allies: what seems light at the entrance feels heavier after a few hours.

The organisers offer free admission for visitors with disabilities and one adult companion on presentation of a disability card or equivalent certificate at the ticket offices on the day; no minimum disability percentage is required. They refer visitors to Fiera Milano for aids and available services. Read the complete guidance before travelling so you can identify the service that meets your needs.

The CHIARA! plan: a few stops, curious eyes

Before going, open the exhibitor catalogue and official map: choose two stands that interest you, one MotoLive event and an unhurried break. The rest can happen as you walk. You can go to EICMA for a lifelong passion, or accompany someone and discover your own. The best plan leaves room for a shared “Wait, I want to see that!”

A useful detail for visitors using the disability access arrangements: admission is also available on Wednesday 4 November, but only for people aged 18 or over that day. Before planning your visit, check the official accessibility and opening information.
