SKIED IN THE DOLOMITES? YOUR OLD PASS COULD QUALIFY FOR A REFUND!
Before hunting for the receipt, check which ski pass you bought. This scheme covers specific products, and the Dolomiti Superski name can be confusing.
Your holiday drawer may hold something useful: proof that you bought an old ski pass. The Benefits AGCM platform opened on 15 October for measures agreed by the twelve participating Dolomiti Superski resorts. Eligibility depends on the product you purchased.
Which passes qualify?
The scheme concerns specified individual-resort passes valid for 1–31 days, bought during the 2022/23, 2023/24 or 2024/25 seasons. The 2025/26 season is excluded. These passes must be distinguished from circuit-wide Dolomiti Superski passes, which are outside the scheme.
Individual-resort season passes and other listed products are also excluded. Compare the exact product name with the official eligible/ineligible table before applying.
A 20% refund or a 30% voucher
AGCM describes two options: a direct refund of 20% of the recognised previous expenditure, or a voucher worth 30%. For an eligible €100 purchase, that means a €20 refund or a €30 voucher.
The voucher value is based on the recognised old purchase. It does not automatically mean 30% off any new holiday. Applicants choosing a voucher must select the resort where it will be used; the official FAQ says this choice cannot be changed after submission.
The voucher is not personal, may be transferred and can be used for multiple purchases until its value is exhausted. The official FAQ says it remains valid until the end of the 2028/29 winter season.
Check these three things
• Find the pass number, receipt or another proof of purchase.
• Check the season, product and resort against the official conditions.
• Check available funding for your request. Submitting an application does not guarantee a benefit.
If you no longer have the pass number, the platform allows customer-service staff to assess purchase documents. The amount is reserved during the review; if requested documents are not supplied within 15 days, it is released and a new application is possible only if funding remains.
